2006 - Aachen - World Champion with Miguel

The first titel of World Equestrian Games 2006 in Aachen was given to Hungares. Hungares, a Shagya-Araber gelding, won the hard race after 160 km
(100 miles) on a wet track in bad weather.
Hungares was born 1998 in Babolna, named Siglavy Bagdady VIII-1 sired
by Siglavy Bagdady VIII, his dam is 252 Kánya by O'Bajan XX (Pamino).

This is a versatil, successfull Shagya-Araber out of the O´Bajan-bloodline. These days (2007), at the
age of 21 years, he is still going strong, but he has now retired from the enduance tracks and show arenas. Zevs Zerah
succsessfully competed in endurance competitions at the highest level (Grand Prix, 160 km).
He also participated in driving competitions, dressage and showjumping at a lower level from the age of
4 years and until he was 19. Quite a strong and healthy shagya, in other words. |
